- Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase including your order details and what is wrong with the order.
- We do not issue a monetary refund however you will have the choice to choose the same item in a different size or choose a different item equal to the value. Or in some cases you can choose an item with a higher value and pay the difference.
- You must return the item you purchased in its original packaging via parcel post at your own expense. Once the item is returned and checked that it is in reselling condition, we will re-send a parcel with your new item at your expense (for shipping).
- If the item received is not in a reselling condition you will be notified immediately and we will come to an agreement.
